It can be overwhelming to think about just how big the world we live in actually is. God reassures us in the book of Psalm that He knows each and every one of us by name. He knows our hearts, our dreams, our needs, and He knows just how to meet us where we are.
When we carry our freedom within, we're then able to share that with others. It's especially important to keep our faith and freedom at the center of our families. Parenting has its challenges, but when God is always our focus, we're able to demonstrate His love to impact our children's lives.
Being ourselves seems so simple, but it is very hard when we do not know what makes us….us. In the past it was hard for me to be myself until I learned who I truly am in Christ. I know that it sounds strange, but we have to learn who God says we are so we can be the best versions of ourselves.
Seeking God's vision for our lives is not only important, it's what he desires for his sons and daughters. Sometimes as we seek to carry out His vision, we find ourselves getting lost in the process. As we learn to plant our roots and build a firm foundation in Christ, He will give us the tools necessary to carry out His vision for our lives.
Often times we view forgiveness as a daunting task and associate many negatives emotions with it. Although forgiveness may not be easy, with Christ, it's possible. Forgiveness is a choice we have to make, and it's important to understand that when we choose to forgive, we are only more equipped to share that experience and offer wisdom to someone else who might be seeking that truth.
