God often uses different things or people when speaking to us. Sometimes He speaks to us in ways we aren't expecting. Jen Otero dives into the topic of "hearing the voice of God," which is also a key in Mercy's "Keys to Freedom" series, and gives clear understanding on some ways God speaks to us.

Our new Keys to Freedom study is officially being released! A special Facebook live stream event will be held March 9th from 7:30 to 8:00 p.m. CST to celebrate the Keys to Freedom launch. Hosted by long-time Mercy supporter Dave Ramsey, with performances by singer/songwriter Ellie Holcomb, you won’t to miss this one-time event! Mercy’s Founder and President, Nancy Alcorn, will share how Keys to Freedom is designed to equip all people with the seven keys to live free and stay free.
When an opportunity to serve in an accountability role comes up in your life, it is important to assess whether or not you are in a good place mentally and spiritually before you position yourself to help other people. It doesn’t mean you have to be perfect or have no problems, but it’s imperative that you carry a level of health and wholeness before you can step into that role and expect it to be a success!
It is important to understand what your God-given identity is once you have surrendered your life to Christ. Your identity is now in Him! 2 Corinthians 5: 17 says, “Therefore if anyone is in Christ, He is a new creation. The old has gone, the new has come.”
