Whenever those negative thoughts and feelings creep in, remind yourself that your identity isn't found or based upon what you've done or how you feel about yourself, but who you are and who you were created to be.
We’re too focused on getting ahead at work or making sure our social calendar is completely full that we often just go through the motions rather than become completely engaged and present.

Yes, it is very important to take good care of the one body God has blessed you with here in the present, but it is even more important to be all that God has called you to be. Our spiritual life is not about trying to do good in our own strength to earn God’s love, acceptance, and plans for our lives.
