Often in our lives we allow similar perspective to rule and consume us, thinking our struggles are bigger than they are. We allow tough seasons, stressful days, or tedious tasks to fully block our light.
Ultimately, my God is a GOOD God. No matter what circumstance I am in or how many handicaps I have. He is still good. You see, when we are not moved by trials due to being planted firmly at the Lord’s feet, people notice. And what, in fact, they are noticing, is Jesus.
Yes, we will experience trials. There will always be something, but if we strive to plant ourselves by the living water, during the trails we will remain steadfast in His supernatural strength and will be able to conquer anything that comes our way.
So how do we combat this problem we all are susceptible to? Below are a few tips that help me and will hopefully encourage you the next time you start to worry. It is a battle you and I will face time and time again, but these 5 tips can help us conquer the spirit of worry once and for all.
The only real way we will be mothers who are devoted to God with deep abiding love and fear of the Lord is to understand His love for us. When we cry out to Him, His ears perk up and He turns His face towards us. (Psalm 40) When you're having a day like you’ve woke up in the pit before you even had a chance to fall into one, He is able to place your feet on the Rock of your salvation. He doesn't leave us wandering in life, and He certainly doesn't leave us flailing in motherhood.
